Change of Mind

You can return an item within 28 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Once received and approved, we'll refund the product cost and original shipping charge.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us before returning anything.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on what works best.

If we need the item returned, we'll cover the return postage.
