What is MK-677?
MK-677, also known as Ibutamoren, is an oral growth-hormone secretagogue that encourages the body to release more of its own growth hormone and increase IGF-1. Unlike SARMs such as RAD-140, it does not target androgen receptors; its appeal centres on lean mass, recovery and sleep.

Research & Evidence
MK-677 has been investigated in multiple controlled human trials. Research consistently shows increased growth hormone and IGF-1, while longer-term studies have reported increased fat-free mass. Smaller controlled studies have also investigated its effects on sleep.
12-Month Human Trial — Increased Fat-Free Mass
In a randomised, placebo-controlled trial involving 65 healthy adults aged 60–81, fat-free mass increased by an average of 1.1kg after 12 months of MK-677, while the placebo group lost 0.5kg. Growth hormone and IGF-1 also increased substantially, although the additional fat-free mass did not translate into greater strength or physical function.
Human Research — Increased Fat-Free Mass
A separate controlled study in obese men found that two months of MK-677 significantly increased fat-free mass while producing sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-1. Total and visceral fat did not significantly decrease, suggesting its body-composition appeal is better supported by increases in fat-free mass than by direct fat loss.

But when I stopped I got longterm anxiety which I never had before. So if you feel any more anxiety when you stop taking it, I dont recommend doing another cycle.
